Right now, companies recognize that there is a value in seeing job changes, but no one is showing them job changes in their CRM (from one point to another point in their database).
This is called a cross-reference.
No one is cross-referencing their data to see what’s happening.
For instance, you have Customer X and Prospect Y. When someone leaves X and enters Y, how are you going to track that?
How are you going to prioritize that? How are you going to score that lead?
Because former customers are 3-5X more likely to buy from you again, these accounts need to be prioritized.
